Fibers arising from the activated cortex cross through the anterior CC ((a)2, yellow arrow), (b) and (c) activation foci evoked in the splenium by taste stimuli in patients P.F. and L.M., respectively. No callosal fibers connecting taste areas crossed this splenium. On DTI images, a thin white line outlines the spared CC ((a)2).
