[Retracted] Fractalkine Attenuates Microglial Cell Activation Induced by Prenatal Stress

Effect of fractalkine on the expression of proinflammatory factors in the microglial cultures obtained from the control and prenatally stressed animals. The cells were treated with 50–200 ng/mL fractalkine. The expression of IL-1β, IL-18, TNF-α, IL-6, and CCL2 was measured after 24 hours of treatment. The qRT-PCR data are shown as the average fold change ± SEM; ; versus the control; # versus the stress group.
