Xenon-Enhanced CT. Baseline CT images (row (a)) indicate a right ACA infarct following aneurysmal rupture of the right ACA. A first Xe/CT study performed with induced hypertension (row (b)) demonstrated a region of ischemia (reduced CBF) in the left frontal region consistent with vasospasm.
