<table>Representative Western blots of amnion and chorion-decidua (Ch-d) of six different tissues from non-labor patients undergoing elective cesarean section (C/S) and six labor patients after spontaneous vaginal delivery. Blots were probed with antisera specific to SRC-1, SRC-2, p300, and PCAF. Nuclear extracts from K562 cells (Santa Cruz) were used as a positive control for these proteins (+).
