AMBP mRNA gene expression in NRF2KD, K562, GM12878, and K562 KEAP1KD cell lines. (a) NRF2 silencing in A549, BEAS-2B, and HepG2 cells treated for 8 hours with 10 μM SFN showed significant decrease in AMBP expression suggesting regulation by NRF2. (b) AMBP expression levels increased in K562 and lymphoid GM12878 cells treated with 10 μM SFN for 24 hours. (c) Basal levels of AMBP increased in K562 KEAP1KD cells indicating NRF2 regulation of AMBP. Gene expression values were normalized to BACT or 18S.
