Kinetic curves of extra- and intracellular ROS formation in PMA stimulated human neutrophils. Human isolated neutrophils (/sample) were stimulated with PMA (0.05 μmol/L) at 37°C. Extra- and intracellular ROS production were measured by isoluminol-/luminol-enhanced chemiluminescence over 1800 s. Kinetic curves are representative of 6 donors. RLU: relative light units.
