Male mice (25–30 g, 2 month-old) were intraperitoneally treated with doses of 5TIO1 (0.1, 1, and 10 mg kg−1, , 5TIO1 groups) and the control animals with 0.05% Tween 80 dissolved in 0.9% saline ( 7, Vehicle). Results are expressed as means ± SD for the number of animals shown inside in parenthesis. Differences in experimental groups were determined by two-tailed Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). compared to the control group (ANOVA and -Student-Neuman-Keuls as post hoc test).
