Relative mRNA levels based on qRT-PCR analysis. Cyp7a1, Fabp5, Car, Cyp2b10, Lipocalin 13, Aquaporin8, Cbr3, Me1, and Nqo1 were selected for quantification with qRT-PCR in WT and Nrf2-KO mice under standard diet (St.D.) or high-fat diet (HFD) for 180 days (𝑛=8 for each genotype in either diet type).
