The experiments were performed in triplicate, and data represent mean ± standard error of the mean ( = 4-5). It was not observed any difference among groups (ANOVA and Student' t-test). CK: μmol · min−1 · mg of protein−1; complex IV and ATP synthase: nmol · min−1 · mg of protein−1.
