BL153 Partially Prevents High-Fat Diet Induced Liver Damage Probably via Inhibition of Lipid Accumulation, Inflammation, and Oxidative Stress

Effects of BL153 on body weight, liver weight, and the ratio of liver weight to tibia length. Mice were fed HFD to induce obesity; mouse models were simultaneously treated with or without BL153 at three dose levels (2.5, 5 or 10 mg/kg body weight) by gavage. The body weight (a) was monitored at 6 months after HFD feeding. Then, the mice were sacrificed and the liver weight (b) and the ratio of liver weight to tibia length (c) were examined.
