PL selectively inhibited the growth of human ovarian cancer cells. (a) Structure of PL. (b) The growth curves of PL-treated A2780, OVCAR3, SKOV3, and HEK293T cells. Cells were grown in 96-well plates for 24 hr and treated with PL (0, 1, 3, 10, 30, and 100 μM) for 72 hr. Cell survival was measured by MTT assay and the IC50 value of PL in each cell lines was calculated.
