SIE induced MCF-7 cells inhibition. MCF-7 cells ( cells/well) were seeded in 96 well culture plates and after 24 h of growth cells were treated with different concentrations of SIE for different time point and percent cells inhibition was measured by using MTT assay and data represented in SE and statistatical significance determined as compared to control by using one way Anova.
