Induction of nuclear fragmentation by SIE in MCF-7 cells: cells/well were seeded in 24-well culture plate and allowed to grow for 24 h and then treated with different concentrations of SIE for 72 hours and stained with Hoechst 33258 stain following standard protocol and image was captured by Leica Microscope at 20x magnification.
