Dandelion Extracts Protect Human Skin Fibroblasts from UVB Damage and Cellular Senescence

<div>Dandelion leaf and flower extracts inhibit UVB irradiation-stimulated MMP activity. UVB irradiation strengthened the fluorescent intensity of DQ gelatin, reflecting higher MMP activity; however, dandelion leaf and flower extracts (300 <i>μ</i>g/mL) significantly decreased MMP activity when added both before and after UVB irradiation.
