Dandelion leaf and flower extracts protect H₂O₂-induced cell ageing. (a) The images showed that H₂O₂ provokes cell ageing, which is protected by dandelion extracts. The ageing cells had higher gal activity and stained with blue color. HDFs were also incubated with DAPI for nucleus staining for cell counting. Scale bar: 20 μm. (b) was the statistical analysis from (a). HDFs were treated with H₂O₂ (100 μM) with or without dandelion extracts (300 μg/mL) for 72 hours.
