Neuroprotective Effect of Ulinastatin on Spinal Cord Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury in Rabbits

<div>Expression level of apoptosis relevant proteins. (a) Western blot identified the expression level of apoptosis relevant proteins: Bax, Bcl-2, and caspase-3 in the spinal cord after 48 hours of reperfusion. (b) Compared with the Sham group, the IR group showed a significant increase of Bax, caspase-3 but decrease of Bcl-2.
