Effect of GYY4137 on systolic blood pressure and cardiac systolic function in SHR. Male SHR and WKY rats at 12 weeks of age were given GYY4137 by intraperitoneal injection at doses of 10 mg/kg/day (GYY10), 25 mg/kg/day (GYY25), or 50 mg/kg/day (GYY50) for 4 weeks.
