Effect of GYY4137 on myocardial fibrosis in SHR. Male SHR and WKY rats at 12 weeks of age were given GYY4137 by intraperitoneal injection at doses of 10 mg/kg/day (GYY10), 25 mg/kg/day (GYY25), or 50 mg/kg/day (GYY50) for 4 weeks.
