Effect of GYY4137 on Ang II-induced cardiac fibroblasts proliferation. Neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts were pretreated with different concentrations of GYY4137 (12.5 μM, 25 μM, and 50 μM) for 4 h followed by Ang II (10⁻⁷ M) stimulation for an additional 24 h.
