Effect of GYY4137 on Ang II-induced oxidative stress in cardiac fibroblasts. Neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts were pretreated with different concentrations of GYY4137 for 4 h followed by Ang II (10−7 M) stimulation for an additional 24 h.
