Resveratrol pretreatment prolonged the phosphorylation of Akt and ERK, but not JNK and p38, in H₂O₂-treated MAC-T cells. (a) MAC-T cells were preincubated with or without resveratrol (50 μM) for 2 h and then treated with H₂O₂ (500 μM) for the indicated time points (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, and 90 min). (b) MAC-T cells were pretreated with vehicle or various concentrations of resveratrol for 2 h and then treated with H₂O₂ (500 μM) for 90 min.
