Salidroside Delays Cellular Senescence by Stimulating Mitochondrial Biogenesis Partly through a miR-22/SIRT-1 Pathway

<div>SIRT1 inhibitor EX-527 attenuates salidroside- (SAL-) or resveratrol- (RES-) induced increment of mitochondrial biogenesis (a) or decreased ROS production in 50PD 2BS cells (b) and induces an elevation of SA-<i>β</i>-gal activity in SAL-treated 50PD cells (c). EX-527 at 10 <i>μ</i>M was added 2 hrs before SAL (10 <i>μ</i>M) or RES (10 <i>μ</i>M) supplementation in the culture medium and was present for 48 h before harvested. <span class="nowrap"><svg
