ACA-28, an ERK MAPK Signaling Modulator, Exerts Anticancer Activity through ROS Induction in Melanoma and Pancreatic Cancer Cells

NAC attenuates the loss of cell viability induced by ACA-28. Viability of SK-MEL-28 cells after exposure to the indicated concentrations of ACA-28 with or without 2 mM NAC for 48 hr.
