One minus Kaplan Meier estimates of all-cause mortality following PSA failure for subgroups based on the median age at failure (76.6 years) and presence or absence of ACE-27 defined moderate to severe comorbidity (CM). Men older than the median at the time of PSA failure and who had moderate to severe comorbidity were significantly more likely to die compared to men with only one of those features ( ) or men who had neither adverse feature ( ). No significant difference was identified between men with one or neither risk factor ( ). Significance is defined as per Bonferroni correction.
