BV2 cells were stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL) ± DHB (100 μM) for 24 h. CM from control (BV2-CM), DHB treated (DHB-CM), LPS-treated (LPS-CM), and LPS/DHB treated (50 & 100 μM; LPD50-CM, LDP100-CM) BV2 cells was added to dopaminergic N27 cells plated in 96 well plates.
