<table>IL-12, IL-23 and IL-27 are heterodimeric cytokines signals through Jak-Stat pathway and induce Th1/Th17 differentiation and T-bet expression in T cells. Treatment with PPAR agonists regulate these responses in T cells resulting in inhibition of CNS inflammation.</table>
