Rosiglitazone downregulation of CXCR4 on HT-29 cells and suppression by PPAR𝛾 antagonists. HT-29 cells were treated with the PPAR𝛾 antagonists (I) GW9662 at 1 𝜇M or (II) T0070907 at 100 nM for 30 minutes before exposure to rosiglitazone (10 nM). Cell-surface CXCR4 protein expression was measured after 48 hours. The data are mean values ± SE (𝑛=4). The table is taken from [101] with permission.
