Dose dependent effects of RGZ on adrenocortical carcinoma cell proliferation. The dose dependent effect of RGZ on SW13 cell proliferation was evaluated by MTS assay at 48-hour stimulation in the absence (a), (c) or presence (b) of 10 nM IGF-I. A complete dose response curve for RGZ (10⁻³ to 2⋅10² 𝜇M) on cell proliferation in SW13 is reported (c), showing the IC₅₀ for RGZ calculated by ALLFIT program [17]. Data represent mean ± SE percentage of OD over controls (RGZ 0 𝜇M). Statistical significance versus respective control (RGZ 0 𝜇M): ^∗𝑃<0.05, #𝑃<0.001. The time dependent effect of RGZ administration (20 𝜇M) on cell proliferation was evaluated at the indicated times in SW13 (d) and H295R (e) by [³H]TdR incorporation.
