IGF-induced cell proliferation is differently affected by RGZ in SW13 and H295R cell lines. SW13 (a)–(e) and H295R (f)–(h) proliferation was evaluated by MTS assay following stimulation with increasing doses of IGF-I in the presence or absence of 20  M RGZ for the indicated times.
