RGZ dampens IGF-I stimulated ERK1/2 phosphorylation. Western blot analysis of SW13 (a) and H295R (b) cell lysates following 15-minutes stimulation with 10 nM IGF-I and 20  M RGZ, reveals an increased phosphorylation of ERK1/2 following IGF-I, which is reverted by RGZ. Lane protein normalization for ERK1/2 is shown in the middle panels. Molecular weight markers are indicated.
