PRIC295 interacts with Med1. (a) In vitro translated and radiolabeled PRIC295 protein interacts with the known PPAR coactivator, Med1, as assessed by GST-pulldown approach using GST-fusion protein fragments of the PBP protein. Interaction between PRIC295 and GST-Δ appears robust. (b) GST-pulldown of radiolabeled Δ (F1), Δ (F2), and Δ (F3), respectively, using GST-Δ showing a strong binding interaction occurring between Δ (F1) and GST-Δ.
