Effect of RGZ on PPARγ and ADRP expression in liver, skeletal muscle, and perinephric fat. Utilizing Western blot assay, PPARγ (a) and ADRP (b) protein levels were examined in the whole tissue lysates of liver, skeletal muscle, and perinephric fat. There were no significant differences () in the protein levels of PPARγ and ADRP in the liver, skeletal muscle, or perinephric fat, normalized to GAPDH, in the treated groups compared with the control.
