Leptin Antagonizes Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor-γ Signaling in Growth Plate Chondrocytes

Leptin inhibits PPAR 𝛾 signaling in growth plate chondrocytes by enhancing PPAR 𝛾 phosphorylation via MAPK/ERK pathway.
