PPAR<i>γ</i> Regulates Genes Involved in Triacylglycerol Synthesis and Secretion in Mammary Gland Epithelial Cells of Dairy Goats

<table>ROSI activated the PPAR<i>γ</i> response element (PPRE) effectively in GMECs. DMECs were transfected with pGL3-basic-PPRE×3 and pRL-TK vectors. After transfection, cells were treated with different concentration of ROSI. Luciferase and <i>Renilla</i> luciferase assays were performed in triplicate, and the results were expressed relative to the control (0 <i>μ</i>mol/L). Luciferase activity data were normalized with <i>Renilla</i> luciferase activity.
