15d-PGJ2 inhibits BMSCs migration independently of PPARγ. (a) Serum-starved BMSCs were pretreated with or without 10 μM GW9662 for 1 hour and then exposed to 5 μM 15d-PGJ2 or 10 μM troglitazone (Trog) or ciglitazone (Cig) for 12 hours and were subsequently allowed to migrate for 4 hours.
