15-Deoxy-Δ<sup>12,14</sup>-prostaglandin J<sub>2</sub> Induces Apoptosis and Upregulates SOCS3 in Human Thyroid Cancer Cells

<div>15d-PGJ<sub>2</sub> induced apoptosis in TPC-1 cells. The Annexin V assay revealed that 15d-PGJ<sub>2</sub> induced 47% apoptosis in TPC-1 compared to 5% in the control group.
