PPARγ mediated transrepression of NF-κB through SUMOylation modification. Binding of PPARγ ligand to the AF-2 domain at Lys-365 position is important in regulation of inflammatory gene expression through transrepression. Additionally, recruitment of NCoR with inhibition of NCoR proteosomal degradation occurs.
