Glutaminase Immunoreactivity and Enzyme Activity Is Increased in the Rat Dorsal Root Ganglion Following Peripheral Inflammation

A characteristic 65 kDa band was visualized in all the samples confirming the specificity of the antibody and the presence of the kidney/brain glutaminase isoform within the spinal cord and DRG.
