Pathology of a Gammabaculovirus in Its Natural Balsam Fir Sawfly (Neodiprion abietis) Host

Table 1

Analysis of cytopathic effects of NeabNPV infection in N. abietis larvae from 0 to 72hpi. The mean percentage and standard deviation (SD) of cells exhibiting specific cytopathic effects were determined for each time point. Kruskal-Wallis nonparametric and Dunn’s multiple comparison tests were performed for each cytopathic effect. All Kruskal-Wallis tests revealed significant differences between the time points with a KW value of 182.02 or greater.
