(b) Coronal STIR demonstrates a left nasal cavity lesion obstructing the maxillary sinus, which is hypointense to mucosa with heterogenous enhancement on (c) contrast-enhanced T1W. The left cribriform plate appears thinned and focally dehiscent on unenhanced CT (d); however, (e) STIR and (f) contrast-enhanced T1W show the skull base and medial orbital wall are intact.
