Flow cytometry analyses of surface markers expressed in BMSCs. BMSCs cultured in AuSM, AlSM, and FSM were positive for CD90, CD73, and CD44 but negative for CD31 and CD45 (). The expression of surface markers did not depend on culture conditions.
