XPC Promotes Pluripotency of Human Dental Pulp Cells through Regulation of Oct-4/Sox2/c-Myc
Figure 1
Expression of XPC, Oct-4, Sox2, and c-Myc in DPCs at various passages. Real-time PCR showed that mRNA expression of XPC, Oct-4, Sox2, and c-Myc was significantly higher in DPCs at passage 3 compared with passage 7 (a) (, ). Western blot showed that the protein expression of XPC, Oct-4, Sox2, and c-Myc revealed similar expression pattern with real-time PCR, which was stronger in DPCs at passage 3 compared with passage 7 (b).
