TLR3 Agonist Amplifies the Anti-Inflammatory Potency of ADSCs via IL-10-Mediated Macrophage Polarization in Acute Pancreatitis

<div>Poly(I : C) stimulation amplifies the anti-inflammatory capability of ADSCs in taurocholate-induced pancreatitis: (a) the representative histopathologic images of mouse pancreas and pathology scores. H&amp;E staining (<i>n</i> = 8, bar = 100 <i>μ</i>L), (b) amylase activity in mouse serum (<i>n</i> = 8), (c) lipase activity in mouse serum (<i>n</i> = 8), (d) the levels of IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-<i>α</i> in mouse serum (<i>n</i> = 8), (e) the representative images of TUNEL staining of the pancreas (green: TUNEL positive cell, blue: DAPI to indicate the nucleus; <i>n</i> = 6, bar = 50 <i>μ</i>m). The data were represented as mean ± SD, the post hoc Tukey correction was performed after ANOVA was used for the comparison of more than two groups. <span class="nowrap"><svg height="10.7395pt"
