(b) The selected wire passed through the gingival embrasure from buccal surface to lingual surface. (c) Both ends of the wire encircled the contact area and crossed along the occlusal buccal-lingual embrasure. (d) Two hemostatic forceps were clamped to both ends of the wire to enforce buccal-lingual tensile stress, which can separate the teeth appropriately.
