Vasorelaxation Effect of Estrone Derivate EA204 in Rabbit Aorta

Inhibitory activities of EA204 (10 μM) and verapamil (0.1 μM) on the concentration-response curves of CaCl₂ (10⁻⁶ to 10⁻² M) on denuded aortic rings of rabbits. Endothelium was removed mechanically by rubbing with a steel wire. Responses are expressed as a percentage of the maximum contraction induced by CaCl₂ (10⁻² M). Values indicated the means ± SEM ().
