<div>In scenario (a), the trainee visits the trainer. The trainee has to answer all the questions and work with the skepticism from his department/staff when he gets back to his own workplace. In scenario (b), the situation is different because the trainer is present at the trainees department where he/she can answer questions, thus relieving the trainee and allowing him/her to focus on the technique.</div>
