The paper titled “Results of Surgical and Nonsurgical Treatment of Aneurysms in a Developing Country” [1] has been retracted as it was found to be substantially similar to a previously published article by the same authors. The first article, “Results of Surgical and Non-Surgical Treatment of Aneurysms in Iran,” by Mohammad Reza Rezvani, Kavian Ghandehari, Fahimeh Ahmadi, and Azadeh Afzalnia, was published in ARYA Atheroscler, while the second paper, “Results of Surgical and Nonsurgical Treatment of Aneurysms in a Developing Country,” was published in Stroke Research and Treatment.
