Class CMedium The RHM scheme has normal safety performance. Equipment design and placed are accepted. Operator’s psychological quality is normal. It needs to be a bit improved.
Class DPoorThe RHM scheme has poor safety performance. It needs to be improved.
Class EVery poorThe RHM scheme has very poor safety performance. It cannot be accepted.
