Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) from 0.02 mM concentrated aqueous solution over 0.5 at. wt.% Ni-doped TiO2 powder formed at 550°C for 6 h under simulated solar light having a power density of about 44 mW/cm2 for different time intervals.
