(a) Current-potential curves for photoelectrodes prepared from Ni-doped TiO2 (Ni = 0.1 and 1 at. wt.%) thin films formed at 550°C for 30 min on fluorine doped tin oxide (F : SnO2, FTO) coated soda lime glass substrates and (b) their corresponding chronoamperometric currents at 0.4 V (versus Ag/AgCl). Electrolyte: 1 M NaOH solution. Light wavelength: 350 nm and power density 1.039 mW/cm2.
